Laser Cutting QR Portal
We were thinking of having a proprietary machine much like what "redbox" used to use for movies. However, the machine we would be focusing on would be a laser cutter that would be set up in strategic locations to laser cut out the QR code stencils. Each one of these stencils could possibly be the starting point for how the adventure would unfold.

The living and breathing aspect of Conways's Game of Life, suggests a great path for exploration. We think implementing elements of something that generates new possabilities over time will create an addictive sense of atmosphere in forming real life adventures.
